IISER Thiruvananthapuram’s annual sports fest (ITSAV) was planned to be conducted over a span of one month starting from 22 August 2019. Students were divided into 4 groups (Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, Emerald). Following students from batch-16 were the captains of each group.
- Ruby- Keshav Singh and Snehal Neware,
- Emerald- Aman Rastogi and Anagha Sivadas,
- Diamond- Rithwik P Nambiar and Sreya N and
- Sapphire- Sanjay Sunny and Tina Jacob.
We planned to conduct 11 games in the form of a tournament but due to adverse weather conditions and lack of availability of courts/grounds, only indoor games like basketball, badminton, table-tennis and chess were conducted as part of ITSAV.
